SHIPPING CARRIER

Limitless Gear LLC ships packages via the United States Postal Service. Using the USPS ensures that your package gets to you in the shortest time possible at the lowest cost.

Rush deliveries, via USPS or other carriers, are available only by special request. For rush service, please call (434) 260-9729 before you place your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
The Limitless Gear mail order team makes every attempt to ship all orders as soon as possible. 

Regularly, orders placed between the following times can expect the following service.

· Monday - Friday before 1300 Eastern Time usually ship the same day.
· Monday - Friday after 1300 Eastern Time will ship the next business day.
· Saturday & Sunday orders will ship the next business day.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy 

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Exceptions are made for manufacturer defects in a product.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
Items that are unused and in the original sealed packaging can be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the packaging has been opened or damaged on the unused product, the product can be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee. The return must include any and all accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were shipped with the product. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. Products that are not subject to returns are custom figured products, used products, special orders, and products sold "as is" or "used".

Exchanges
If your item is in "like new" condition, you may exchange your item for a different color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. Limitless Gear LLC cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost in transit. Please note that the USPS Priority Mail does not offer tracking capabilities for packages, and they will only initiate a trace on packages after a 30 day waiting period.
